🏭 Our Factory

At EcoEdge, quality, sustainability, and responsibility sit at the heart of everything we produce. Our manufacturing facility is dedicated to creating premium eco-friendly disposable products including areca palm plates, sugarcane bagasse tableware, paper cups, and biodegradable packaging solutions.

We are proud to operate a facility that follows strict hygiene and international manufacturing standards while minimising environmental impact.

🌿 Sustainable Manufacturing

Every product we produce is designed with the planet in mind.
We do not cut down trees, harvest fresh wood, or use harmful chemicals. Instead:

• Areca plates are made from naturally fallen palm leaves
• Bagasse products are made from sugarcane waste
• Paper cups are sourced from responsibly managed and certified suppliers
• Water-based and food-grade coatings are used in production

By choosing natural by-products, we ensure nothing goes to waste - turning renewable resources into useful, high-quality tableware.

🛠️ Advanced Production Standards

Our facility includes:

• Fully automated and semi-automatic moulding machines
• Strict temperature and pressure control systems
• In-house quality inspection team
• Food-grade sanitisation and packaging processes
• Batch-level tracking for consistency and safety

We continuously upgrade our equipment and processes to improve durability, finish quality, and product performance.

✔️ Quality and Compliance

All our products are:

• Food safe and BPA-free
• Tested for strength, leakage, heat resistance, and hygiene
• Compliant with UAE, European and USA food-contact standards
• Suitable for hot and cold food, liquids, and oily dishes

We proudly supply restaurants, cafés, caterers, hotels, events, wholesalers, and eco-conscious households.
